Alicia Hall has a lifelong passion for mental health, self-improvement and relationship building. Her own experiences navigating modern dating inspired her to imagine something different: social experiences that feel fun, welcoming, and intentional, with genuine connection at the center. Through Circle One Events, Alicia creates engaging spaces where people can meet through shared interests, enjoy new experiences, and connect in new ways that feel natural and meaningful.

Alicia has a bachelor’s degree in English and Journalism from the University of Iowa as well as a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Northeastern Illinois University. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with experience helping people strengthen their relationships, emotional well being and connection with others.
